Ingredients for four people:
One piece of vegetable for each person
Instructions:
1. First peel the carrot, onion, spring onions and garlic.
2. Then wash the vegetables of step one and the courgette, mushrooms, celery, peppers, asparagus and broccoli.
3. Slice the vegetables.
4. Pour a lot of oil into the pan.
5. Heat the oil.
6. Put the vegetables in the pan.
7. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
8. Stir-Fry for 15 minutes.
9. Ready to serve with rice, fish, meat or chicken.
